GrowWall

Beta Privacy & Consent Notice

Notice version: beta-2026-07

What GrowWall is

GrowWall is a private family growth space for tasks, routines, milestones, and rewards. It is currently in a small invited beta. Each family's workspace is created for them by the GrowWall operator — there is no public signup, no public profiles, and no sharing between families.

What we store for your family

Children do not need an email address or their own account. They use an avatar and PIN inside the family workspace.

Where your data lives

Family isolation

Every record in GrowWall belongs to exactly one family, and this boundary is enforced by the server on every request. No other family — and no logged-out visitor — can see your tasks, members, photos, or history.

How long we keep it

Growth history is part of GrowWall's value, so records are kept while your family actively uses GrowWall. If you leave the beta, your data is retained for up to 365 days as a grace period (so you can return or request an export), and nothing is auto-deleted without an explicit request and operator confirmation.

Your choices

At any time during the beta you can ask the operator to:

Requests are handled personally by the operator during the beta.

Your consent

By joining the beta, the parent who manages your family's account confirms they have read this notice and consent — on behalf of their family and children — to GrowWall storing and processing the data described above for the purpose of running the family workspace. The notice version you accepted and the date are recorded with your family's workspace. If this notice changes materially, we will ask you again before continuing.
